And if I was a Child, and the Child was Enough, Enough for Me to Love, Enough to Love
So things have been going very well for me lately. I have been healthy in the past week and a half, no colds, no miserable days, nothing. I feel great! My doctor was happy with my progress when we saw her two weeks ago, and my physio and OT were also happy with my neck! I weight 22 pounds, 13 ounces now. I eat very well, continue to sleep very well, and am starting to walk! I am also learning to play the right way with toys, not just chew them and throw them. Its a fun stage for me and my mommy (and daddy too!). I like to climb on top of them and play on the floor with them. This past weekend my parents went out together at night and left me with my grandparents, great grandmother and uncle for a few hours. It was fun and I was really tired when they finally came to get me. I played a lot and Nonno had me run up the stairs a lot, plus Uncle Derek pushed me around the hall in my little car but he pushed me too hard and I fell off and cried. My mommy has been taking me to some new things, story time at the Port Moody Public Library (for 0-18 mos. olds) and the newest adventure, Motoring Munckins at the Queens Park Arenex! What fun! Last week we went went Megan and her twins but this week mommy took Grady and I and we had a blast. Its an open gym with a ton of toys and gymnastic mats and equipment for 1-6 year olds. We get to run (crawl) around for about an hour and 1/2 and it wears us out, but we get to learn new things and play with other kids! Mommy also took me to a play group at a lady down the street's house the other day. We didn't know anyone there but it was still nice to be in a new environment. There are tons of little kids on our street, so we have lots of neighbours with things in common, now, if we can only find the time to do all these activities! We have Grady here again tomorrow so if the weather is nice, we are going to play with some toys in the front yard, and if the weather is rainy, we may go to the play area at the mall.
